We finally found our people. If I had an endless budget I would honestly just hire them for everything around the house, forever. It started with a walkthrough to look at a few things, and one of the main projects was building a partition wall in our room. I talked to probably 10 contractors before this and so many of them were giving me the half-ass version of how they'd do it. But the way he explained his approach was exactly right, and I had already done enough research to know the difference. That alone told me everything I needed to know. The work ethic, the craftsmanship, the attention to detail. It looks like it came with the house, which is exactly what I wanted. They nailed the build and got the color to match perfectly.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ I could have left the house and trusted them completely. He also just genuinely knows his stuff. Like when I asked about weatherstripping, he didn't just say yes and do it. He explained that if your door alignment is off, the weatherstrip isn't going to fix the gap anyway, so let's address the actual problem. That kind of honesty and thoroughness is rare. Part of me is reluctant to even write this because he already has great reviews and I selfishly don't want to lose access to him. They are some of the hardest workers we’ve ever met, putting in full days without ever cutting corners. We felt completely comfortable and safe having them in our home, even when we weren’t there. They treated our space and belongings with care, and they were thoughtful about our dogs in always making sure the gates were closed so our pups stayed safe. Anar is a stand-up, honest, and loyal professional. Not only did he transform our 130-year-old bathroom into something beautiful, but he also problem-solved so many quirky issues that came with working in an older home. On top of that, they painted our bedroom to perfection in no time at all. We are so grateful to have found MrFixitBayArea and will use them for anything and everything in the future, whether it’s remodeling, fixing, or cosmetic updates.
