Alan is really great! I did a lot of research & read many reviews, and finally decided on Alan...my best decision for sure. He was professional, knowledgeable, knew exactly what was needed to get the jobs done & handled them with ease. He replaced the fill valve assembly in my toilet & installed a new shower head. He was super easy to work with, very pleasant (funny too), and did an awesome job, I will definitely hire him again. Prices were good and realistic. He also went the extra mile, got under my sink and assessed the kitchen faucet at no additional charge. This is also my first review & thought it only fair to start doing them, since reviews are what I based my decision on! Thanks again Alan, great job! :)

After a brief conversation with Alan he knew exactly what the problem was with my shower head leak. He responded quickly and explained clearly what the problem was and how soon he could fix it. Alan came over the same day and fixed the water leak in less than an hour. He’s professional, knowledgeable, and gets the job done!
