As a newer home owner its been tough finding reliable companies to do various jobs around the house. Usually the things I care about beyond costs, is communication, care and craft and Bay Area Handy Services hits on all 4 which is super rare these days. Are they the cheapest, probably not but hiring someone who cares about their craft is worth it in the end. So far Ive had them do 5 jobs and more will be coming. 1) Insulate all copper piping in the crawlspace as it was exposed. 2) Strip, sand, restain deck 3) strip, sand all wood furniture 4) fix and relevel pavers to place hot tub 5) trenching for electrical work
