I had an emergency with my garage door a few days ago and called BRB Garage Door Repair & Installation. I'm so happy with how quickly and thoroughly Chris managed to fix the issue. Living just around the corner from their office, it was incredibly convenient and the follow-up call to ensure everything was working perfectly really showed their commitment to great service. The price was fair, and while it took a bit longer than expected, it didn't disrupt my day too much. Overall, a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend their services!

Extremely Overpriced and No Follow-Up: BRB came within two hours when my garage door wouldn’t close, which I appreciated. The technician was polite and said the issue was the sensor. He quoted $650 (or $750 for a “heavy-duty” version), which I said seemed crazy, but he insisted that was the real cost. Needing the door shut, I agreed. The repair took 10 minutes, and that night I found the exact sensor on Amazon for $23. I’ve called the company for two days asking to discuss the price, and each time they promised to call back within an hour. Still no response. I’m happy to pay fair labor and a markup on parts, but this should have been around $250, not $650. The pricing felt predatory, and the lack of follow-through sealed it for me. I would not recommend BRB Garage Door Repair.
