They did an outstanding service from beginning to end. After a spring broke, I called them and up they were able to squeeze me within that day. The repair guy was honest about what the problem was and what parts were needed which I appreciated. He also quickly finished up and fixed the broken garage door and even gave tips how to make sure the fix lasts longer. Very happy with the quality and care they provided

Eran Golan, the service technician, charged $600 for just getting the garage door open - took 20 min. tops. The repairs would have cost another $675+ - and would have taken over two weeks for the parts to show up. I was pressured into thinking that my best option was to go with a replacement - which I would have gone with. It would have been $1400 for replacing the motor - the $600 for their initial show up was extra. I paid the $600, and looked for other options on Yelp. Within the hour, I had several great responses from Yelp **all of whom were happy to waive the initial consult if we went with their repair service**. Many were 5-star rated. That same evening, I was able to replace the motor&rail for ***$600*** along with a one-year parts and service warranty. I sent a Venmo request to Eran to be refunded for the overcharged amount, but so far no response. Being a resident of Los Altos, it is super sad to see this unethical gouging by a local company. Give your business to the honest guys - a quick search on Yelp is the best way to go. After all, competition keeps people honest - unlike these guys, who are not even on Yelp.
