I called to schedule a garage door repair and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The lady that booked my appointment was knowledgeable, friendly, empathetic. Garin came out quickly to do the repair. He was very professional, kind, patient (with my messy garage and my happiest dog). These guys are great. Just stop searching and use them. The previous owners of the house we just bought had them install this cedar garage door in 2001 and when I bought the house it was still going strong. I wanted to take the door apart, sand it down best I could and then re-stain and clear coat it, but when I was done and I tried putting everything back in place, it ground to a halt while closing. I thought I could probably watch a bunch of YouTube videos and figure out how to half ass it, but heard my wife’s voice in my head saying “really?” and decided to find the number on the little sticker on the wall and call the pros. When I called they apologized for not being able to come right then and there, and let me pick the best time for my schedule. Garin came out and within like 5 minutes could see that a plate was bent and that I’d tried to put things back together in the wrong order. He undid a few things, tapped some stuff, did some measurements and calculations, and then in one methodical pass he just put it together right. He oiled up the bearings and the thing opened smoother than when we bought it, first try. It was so refreshing to so clearly see the difference between some YouTuber in a tool belt with the tags still on it and a guy who just knows his stuff. And he was funny during the process and showed me a few things to boot. I can’t say enough good things about their speed, professionalism, and how obviously skilled their team is. And even though we *just* refinished this door, and it looks pretty sweet, the wife is considering changing out the door at some point to one with glass to let more light in. I won’t even get quotes - I will absolutely use these guys again. Thanks Garin and everyone else there. You made this easy!
