The pricing is not at all transparent. They only ask for consent orally and the technician was not very clear on the charges. I thought the repair would cost $1050 but it actually cost $1890. While the work was good, I wouldn't get servicing from here in the future just due to the lack of transparency and confusion.

Lucas came and replaced garage door spring for us. It was very quick, and smooth. He also helped to fast the garage control wire onto the wall. Thank you. After the replacement it became very quiet when we open the garage door -- it was 10 times louder, and has been our headache for many years, no matter how we lubricate the middle screwing bar, roller, and spring etc. a nice surprise. Lucas is very experienced, efficient. We are happy with the result. Thanks again.
