We actually had a referral to another garage door company but after our initial consultation with Dave A. we had our 50 year old carriage doors replaced with a design by Garage Doors Inc. From the start his team was professional and careful to keep us informed. Phone calls were answered quickly and the installation crew was respectful of our privacy and property. The fifth star on this review was earned when Ron showed up today to finish the weather stripping and install the outdoor key pad. He answered all my tech related questions and concerns with confidence and reassurance. We love the quiet operation and the custom design and would highly recommend Garage Doors inc.

We had such a great experience from start to finish with this garage door company. Communication was clear and consistent every step of the way, and everyone we interacted with was friendly, professional, and incredibly responsive. We live pretty far out, and they came all the way to us without a single complaint, which we really appreciated. They removed our old door, installed the new one, and everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. The door and all the parts are beautiful, well-made, and exactly what we hoped for. Ron even came back out to make sure everything was running perfectly and took the time to answer all of our questions—so friendly and helpful. We’re extremely happy with the entire process and couldn’t recommend them more!

Garage door cable came off the drum one evening causing the door to go all crooked and start bending the tracks. I reached out to Garage Doors, Inc. at 8am the next morning and had two guys there fixing it by 10am! They took their time, carefully fixed the issue, then did a calibration to ensure the the door opened and closed like new. We have kids around and know the potential danger of broken garage doors, so it was a huge load off our minds to have it taken care of so quickly and professionally.
