Highly Recommended! Seriously, I can’t say enough good things about Ralph and American Garage Doors. My garage door suddenly stopped working, and after spending two full weekends trying to install and troubleshoot it myself, I was beyond frustrated. Total DIY nightmare. I gave Ralph a call and, I was blown away. Without FaceTime, photos, or even seeing the garage door, he listened to the sounds it was making, asked me a few questions about the error codes and what it was doing, and immediately knew exactly what the issue was. He walked me through the fix step-by-step, and we had it up and running in no time. He’s the Rainman of Garage Doors!!! What impressed me most was how knowledgeable and experienced he is, but also how willing he was to help. He took the time to troubleshoot everything without trying to upsell me or push services I didn’t need. That kind of honesty is hard to find these days. Ralph is also a member of my BNI group, and I’ve heard so many great things from other members who have used him for garage door repairs and installations. Had my garage door chain break so I called America’s Garage Doors. Ralph the owner came out and identified the main problem. The chain broke and was an old system. It broke because the garage door was too heavy for the springs that were put in a few years ago by another company. He installed a new unit, keypad, springs with all the latest technologies. The price was very fair and I couldn’t be happier with the service and response time.
