Excellent customer service with AllStar Garage Door. Kevin is the sales rep that you want to speak with. Kevin is very professional and very kind when he was over to provide the estimate. We shopped around with 3 other companies. Kevin was the nicest sales rep of them all. On the day of installation the gentlemen that was over was very professional and very productive. The installer did a really good job during the installation of the new garage door and motor. I'm extremely happy that Costco recommended them and using your Costco Visa is a major plus. This company AllStar is the place that you want to spend your money with. Kevin and the installer put the "C" in Customer Service! I called Kevin early in the morning. All Star got right back to me and had someone out within a few hours. I had a snapped spring and his team was able to take care of it very quickly and for a very reasonable price. Service was friendly and the tech even provided some basic service to my other garage door as a courtesy. Highly recommend.
