Con artist. Scam company. Stay away!!! Read all of the one star reviews on Yelp The owner, Marty, sends you a proposal for parts and labor. She asks for 50 percent of the cost. She'll tell you the service rep will be there next week. A week goes by then the excuses begin. Paid in February. By June still no service and no part replacements. Marty won't call you back. Do what I did, call your bank to get your money back. Citibank opened an investigation plus they credited my account the $4,000 that I paid Sonoma Overhead. This company should be put out of business

I am so happy with the service and the garage doors that we purchased from Sonoma Overhead Doors. Marty was so knowledgeable on the different products and helpful. We had the panels custom painted to match the house. The motors are so quiet that you hardly hear them. I couldn't be more pleased with this company and would recommend them to anyone.

Very good service. The technician was dispatched early the next day after I called. He showed up on time and diagnosed and explained the problem very quickly. He had my garage door motor replaced and working within an hour and a half. He was very courteous and efficient. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was because it seemed expensive but I did not price compare because it was more important to me to have the door fixed. I would definitely recommend Sonoma Overhead Doors.
