Write a ReviewI went in to get a key made. I have never been here before (it's in Oroville). There was no other patrons in the store but me. When I explained to the owner what I needed he said okay...but then just ignored me and started putting on his sweatshirt and jacket and then started organizing his desk. I was speechless..after 10 minutes I asked if he could help me and he finally said he did not have the right tool to cut the key. I don't like to give bad reviews but this was not acceptable. When I went back to Grass Valley the locksmith had no problem making the key. Not a good experience.
Had some keys (key fob) cut. Fast and efficient. Very friendly and courteous.
They fixed a broken spring with a better one and added reinforcement to my garage door. Now the garage door opens better than ever and is more quiet. They also gave me the best price.!!
