We had a great experience with Redeemed Flooring. We redid the entire flooring for a 3 story, 2300 sq feet townhome with laminate 2.0 flooring and they did an amazing job. They did a clean install and everything looks amazing. They gave a competitive rate and came out to fix some small issues that popped up after the floors settled. I would highly recommend them Special callout to Andre and Rudy who made the whole process much smoother

This is an update on an earlier review. I just wanted to share how helpful Rudy from RF was when I called to ask advice about accidental damage caused by our recent kitchen renovation. Workmen had pulled a fridge across the floor, without covering it, causing scratches. He was quick to call back and ask for photos. He then advised the best cost effective way to fix the problem. I appreciated his helpfulness almost a year after the job was completed. Just FYI : Here is the earlier review from August 2025. Choosing a flooring company to replace the floors in your entire house can be tricky. We kind of jumped in and ran with RF but we are so glad we did! From start to finish this company is professional, efficient, accommodating and knowledgeable with great customer service. This was a huge project and Andre, Rudy and Nestor were very helpful and supportive in answering all our questions. The crew itself that installed the floors over a 2 week period worked really hard! They were very respectful of our property, in terms of covering furniture and protecting the rest of the house etc. Miguel, especially, was extremely detail oriented and dedicated especially when it came to more challenging installation issues like odd shaped corner steps and our staircase. He took his time and carried out the work with patience and pride, instead of rushing the job. We would have no hesitation in going with this company again for future flooring needs.

I can’t say enough good things about Miguel’s work ethic and keen eye for both quality and style. He was meticulous in doing floor preparation (e.g. my stairs were very squeaky before - not a single squeak now!) and cared about subtle artistic details like how the boards in adjacent rooms would look when the job was finished. Miguel is not just an installer - he’s a craftsman! Thanks you Redeemed Flooring for the excellent work and great value.
