I hired Ed Neir Construction to refresh my mother's home in preparation for sale. Thanks to the diligence and professionalism of Ed and his team, we completed the refresh, listed the home, and closed with a sale price well above list, all within 4 months of start. I especially appreciate Ed's work since I live out of state. Ed kept me involved every step of the way by sending photos and calling me regularly. He made sure I was able to keep up with details, and I was overjoyed with the finished product.

I hired Ed Neir Construction to level up the living room floor to the rest of the house. I had many other projects for them to do and when I was done with all the projects for them the inside of my house was down to the studs. It took longer than I thought but we were living in the house while the work was done. Antonio and Lenny were the best, whatever we wanted done it was done. They were the best workers and Ed and the guys really did a fantastic job on the whole house. I recommend Ed Neir constitution for all your house projects. I would recommend you make a list of what you want done. The house came out unrecognizable, I was very happy.

Ed & his team were amazing with our bathroom remodel. From the complete demo to the finishing touches everything was top notch!
