Melo Construction

Melo Construction Company recently completed an indoor painting project at my home. It was done expertly and the service was exceptional. I will definitely be using them again in the near future for outdoor home repairs and painting. I highly recommend this company.

Melo Construction has remodeled two houses for me. They do everything from electric,building,plumbing and paint. Quite frankly there is no one better not only in Tracy but in anywhere in the Central Valley or Bay Area. They are efficient, exacting, and clean. Yes, they clean up after each day working on the house. They build as if they were building their own homes. Because of this they are always busy, but I would wait months to have them for the quality work they do. I would offer either of my houses, my daughter's or mine, as example of the excellent work they do.

Have had 2 appointments for an estimate and 2-no shows, had to call the office only to find out the estimator had a family issue or had the day off, no call from them to advise us. We have heard they do great work but with the lack of notification on the estimator not able to come out not sure we would proceed with them.
