Fantastic Flooring

We were looking to replace our carpet with vinyl to match our existing tile in the home. The first time we met with Alicia, not only did we find the perfect flooring, but her prices were far better than any other business we shopped at. The quality of the floor was excellent. Alicia's customer service was excellent, and she worked with us during every step of the process. Her flooring crew were second to none. They were professional, yet friendly and the work was impeccable. We could not have asked for a better experience. Next time we need work, we will not use anyone other than Alicia and Fantastic Flooring/

The advertising felt misleading to me. The business says it’s family owned and operated, but after looking into the public business information, that didn’t seem to match what I found. Before moving forward, I wanted to verify the contractor license information since that’s something I normally check. I was told I had to come into the storefront to get it. When I went during the posted business hours, the storefront was closed and nobody was there. I was also told more than once that I could get a better deal if I paid with cash. I understand some businesses offer cash discounts, but it kept being brought up and it made me uncomfortable. Between that and the storefront not being open during the posted hours, it just didn’t leave me with a good impression.

My project involved replacing carpet with luxury vinyl plank as well as new base trim. Fantastic flooring was prompt, professional, and reasonably priced. They helped me select the right product for my situation (in this case kids and dogs), even brining samples to my home to help with color choice. Most importantly, they did a great job and executed the work quickly. I had quite a few tricky transitions that all ended up looking great.
