Stockdale Tile

We visited Stockdale Tile while looking for kitchen backsplash ideas. They had what we didn't even know we were looking for, and the customer service was absolutely top-notch throughout the entire sale. Lori and Brooke were friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and always available to answer questions, supply additional materials, or help navigate through a couple of hurdles we experienced in installing our project. We couldn’t be happier with Stockdale Tile! From start to finish, working with them was so easy and hassle-free. When Ernesto came out to give us a quote on demo/install, he wasn’t overbearing or pushy and it made all the difference. We had contractors who wanted to cut cost by laying over our existing flooring but Ernesto was honest, realistic, and wanted to do it the right way. Brooke answered all my questions and was always accessible at the showroom or via phone and Lori pinpointed exactly what I was looking for after I had struggled to find flooring that matched our style, making sure to coordinate getting a sample of it. Come install, Ernesto and his team were kind, professional, and QUICK! They got 1000sq ft of flooring demo’d and installed in just 5 days. Even better, we were ecstatic when we didn’t pay a penny more than what we were initially quoted. You can really feel that this is a family run business and they go out of their way to make you feel taken care of. Our floors are gorgeous and they completely transformed the look of our house. It’s hard to know where to begin with Stockdale tile because they are such a great company. Our builder, of our new home here in Tehachapi, suggested several different stores and locations, mainly in Bakersfield, for finishing the flooring, countertops and tiling. After looking at several companies we decide to go with Stockdale tile in Bakersfield with their other store here in Tehachapi California and we are so glad we did. Family run business they make you feel like you’re part of their family, very trusting, very willing to work with you on all levels and make sure that you’re happy with what they supply. We decided to have them do the entire home after dealing with them only on a few items and we are so glad we did.
