Quick and knowledgeable. From the gal who picked up the phone to the gentleman who came to help us with our problem, they took an otherwise stressful situation and were able to handle it quickly and efficiently and they put me at ease. Very pleased with the service we received and we will definitely use again in the future.

Company wasted their time as well as mine. Did a walk through. Swore it was a “easy fast job” and they just needed to write up a quick quote. I called and asked about the status multiple times before just giving up. Why come out here and waste time and resources, to not even make a quote… or have the decency to say you don’t want to accept a certain job? This business model will not last and will upset more than it will build relationships. Go with the slightly more expensive but MUCH better service option in town! Learn some respect !

John was awesome. He saved me a few hundred $$. Made an appointment to have a leaking fireplace key valve replaced. After sending him pics of the valve location, he called me up and gave me verbal instructions on how to fix it. The repair worked like a charm. That is a great example of his honesty in my book. I highly recommend his services and will be calling him for all of my plumbing concerns.
