Quality Tile

You wrote a review for Quality Tile 5 minutes ago 1.0 star rating 6/26/2017 I would NEVER use this contractor again and will never recommend but instead will warn others away from him. In fact, we will be filing a complaint with the State Contractor's License Board. Quality installed our new kitchen backsplash and right away we started having problems. Within a year the tiles were falling onto the counter and even caused breakage of counter items. When the contractor was contacted re this problem (as by now the tiles were coming off in multiples) he looked at his work, verbally took responsibility and promised he would "make it right". We have called and called!!!!!!!!!! They will not respond! Now WE HAVE TO BUY THE NEW TILE and PAY ANOTHER CONTRACTOR NOT JUST FOR THE INSTALL BUT FOR DEMOLITION OF THE AWFUL JOB "Quality Tile" performed. QUALITY should NOT be in this business name as they are anything but. BE SMART AND DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR
