Tom is such a character, one of the friendliest people I have had the good fortunate to talk to and he did an amazing job in a short period of time while keeping it very affordable. I recently had to get some of my subfloor replaced and the contractor I worked with didn't do carpet repair or installation. I was advised I would need the carpet stretched and tacked back down. I found Luellen's through Google here and gave Tom a call. He was able to give me a rough estimate over the phone and came over to my house on time with everything needed for the job. Did a final estimate, and because he came prepared, was able to get it all done on the spot in just a couple hours. It was affordable for me and I was happy to support a local family owned business!
