The owner attended us. He was very kind and patience with our questions and needs; helped us through the process based on his experience by explaining why certain tiles might not be recommended to use specific areas. Didn’t make us feel rushed or uncomfortable even though we were there at the end of the day. The selection is really nice, it has your typical option AND a nice wild selection, if you have a more extravagant taste. The show room is wide, well illuminated and easy to look at the pieces.

We ordered 300 sf of tile on August 4 and were told it would be here in a week or two. When it didn’t come in, I followed up and was told I would get a “tracking number” and that it was “backordered”. After multiple attempts, the tracking number never came. At one point she ignored me for over a week. My husband finally went in to the store and she made a “call” in front of him asking why the tile wasn’t in this week’s shipment. That call, and the tracking number promises, were LIES. After living without kitchen and laundry appliances for 4 weeks, and not getting any real responses from her, I got resourceful and called her supplier who said that the order had been in for weeks but was awaiting payment. This proved she had been lying all along! That was Friday afternoon. This morning (Monday), we went in to her store to ask her for a refund. She had the nerve to tell us the tile was in Sacramento, which I knew was another lie since the supplier still had the tile at their warehouse in Southern California. This experience has been so awful. I love doing business with local small businesses, but even those businesses have to earn your trust.

On may 29th I placed an order. I was told it would arrive in one week on 6/5. It didn’t. She then said it would arrive 6/9 or 6/10. It didn’t. She was out of the shop the entire week. I called and she said it would arrive Thursday 6/12 now. It didn’t. Called on Monday 6/16 said it would arrive Tuesday or Wednesday. It didn’t. She again was out of the shop. No response at all. On Friday 6/20, when I asked her to provide a tracking number, she sent me two numbers, one of which was for an order on 5/20 that obviously wasn’t mine, and one was just a fake tracking number because it said it was invalid. I asked for proof of shipment from the vendor. She then sent herself an email then sent it to me and played it off as an email from the vendor. I called the vendor directly and they stated they haven’t been able to contact her and that they have received no payment from her for my order and it has not been shipped. Bre lied to me for almost a month about my order being on the way, when asked for proof, she gave me incorrect and fake tracking numbers, then fabricated an email to send to me as “proof” that it shipped.
