Rick his son and David did an awesome job installing engineered hardwood. They were very meticulous and were open to any issues we had. Pete was very attentive to setting up a date for us to get it done and worked with us on getting the exact wood we wanted. Look forward to them doing our stairs and hallway next. My wife and I appreciate how easy the process has been so far.

Just got our new floors completed yesterday and I couldn't be more happy with the whole experience. Form the initial experience talking with Pete in store and him educating us on the different qualities of LVP, to his patience when we had to postpone our project for a while due to life happening, to getting things ordered everything was great. Then when it was time to get our new floors installed. We set up a time and day and the installation crew showed up right on time every day which sadly these days is rare but very much appreciated. And I know it's their job but the quality of the installation was top notch! They even had a little more prep than initially expected but still finished a half a day early. So overall I would highly recommend Pete and his crew for any flooring projects you may have. Thanks guys!

After shopping around local flooring places, we decided to go with Shasta Lake Floors. Went in for a consult and Pete was very knowledgeable and professional and pointed us in a great direction to find the carpet we wanted. Install was very well done and our carpets turned out exactly as we were expecting!
