Clean Slate Construction

Clean slate was an amazing company to work with! Kitty knows how to run things in a very professional manner, and Zach and Charles were a pleasure to have working in my home! They are kind, happy, and GREAT at their job!

We had to have our siding fixed as it was wearing out. Other companies we got bids from said they would have to replace ALL the siding and would have cost anywhere from $35,000 to $50,000, which was impossible for us. Pete with Clean Slate Construction came out and looked at all our siding and showed us that ALL of the siding didn't need replaced, only the weathered and damaged siding. Why fix what's not broken! Much of the siding was completely fine. The entire south facing side needed replaced and some of the bottom edges on other sides, but that was it. When we got their estimate, at a fraction of the other estimates, we were so relieved. Their estimate was exactly what we had anticipated for the project. From start to finish, Michael was AWESOME! He was so patient with me when I had questions about the work. They found some problems under the old siding, but were able to fix them at minimal cost. Every day, they had cleaned up at the end of the day and it was like they weren't even there. We were so pleased with the results and so happy with them. From Kitty in the office, to Pete, to Michael, to the finished product, I HIGHLY recommend them for any general contract work to be done.

Had my kitchen and bathrooms remodeled, all interior painted, kitchen cabinets painted, and all new flooring put in. They did an amazing job!! It looks like a completely different house on the inside. I am very happy with how it all turned out!
