Overall very positive. I worked with Gina at the Santa Clara location and she was great. Huge selection at the store. Easy scheduling. And most importantly, good work from their contractors.
In the showroom, we received plenty of good advice and very little sales pressure. What we wanted was special ordered and received within the time window they anticipated. Our install was scheduled only a couple days later. I arrived onsite 10 minutes before the start of the 8-10 AM by window they scheduled, and the crew was already there getting ready. Tore out old carpet, installed in our three oddly shaped rooms (few 90 degree angles), and cleaned up by noon. Very professional.
