We hired Noe to remodel our kitchen and three bathrooms, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Throughout the project, he was professional, courteous, transparent, and easy to work with. He was always open to feedback, accommodating of changes, and willing to discuss what was realistically achievable versus what might not work. We appreciated his honesty and collaborative approach. Whenever something wasn't quite right, he took our feedback positively and worked diligently to address the issue. Even after the project was completed, he remained responsive and came back to take care of a few items without hesitation. One example that really stood out was when we discovered that the microwave installation conflicted with the pot filler placement. Although correcting it required taking down and redoing part of the work, he handled it without complaint and without charging us extra. That level of commitment to customer satisfaction is rare. We also had a few custom design ideas for the kitchen, and he was very helpful in finding solutions while being upfront about any limitations. Throughout the entire process, we never had any issues with communication, professionalism, or workmanship. We would gladly hire him again for future projects and would recommend him to friends and family without any hesitation.

I would like to give 10 stars to Ocean General Contractors. They did a fantastic job on our kitchen and family room projects. Noe (the owner) was directly involved which was important to us. He communicated with us every step of the way to make sure we were completely satisfied. He joined us during the process of picking out tile and cabinets and provided good input. We could not be happier with the results!
