I had an excellent experience with Grand Flooring and highly recommend them. After speaking with about 10 different flooring companies in the San Jose area, I found them to be the most professional and easy to work with by far. What really set them apart was the "all-in" approach. They provided a single, transparent price that covered everything—materials, installation, and debris removal. This significantly reduced my burden, as I didn't have to manage multiple moving parts or hidden costs. Despite offering the full package, their quote was actually the most competitive one I received. However, more than the cost savings, I appreciated the peace of mind. After the initial engagement, I didn't have to be heavily involved; they just got the job done. The work was completed right on time, and there were zero "surprise" charges or cost callbacks. If you want high-quality work without the headache, this is the place to go.

I got vinyl laminate installed for my mobile home a few years ago and the initial process of measuring and getting the materials was good but installation had several issues where the job didn't complete on time and the material was not good. Within months, the planks were separating and after making several calls, nobody came to fix it. They did try to remedy by giving me some money to get it fixed on my own. But, Now within couple of years, the planks have cracks and they are breaking. I will not be doing business with them again
