We had an outstanding experience at Floor Depot, thanks to Mike! From the very beginning, he was incredibly helpful, patient, and accommodating throughout the entire flooring selection process. Choosing flooring can feel overwhelming with so many options, but Mike really took the time to help us narrow down the best company, colors, and materials for our space. Mike was k knowledgeable, accommodating and solution oriented. He was very flexible in allowing us borrow the color panels for an entire week so we could see how they worked in our home with the lighting and all the other materials we were selecting. That made such a huge difference and helped us feel confident in our final decision. We ended up choosing a gorgeous commercial-grade hybrid wood/LVT flooring product, and we absolutely love it. It looks beautiful, holds up incredibly well, and has completely exceeded our expectations. Floor & Decor has reasonable prices, great service and also had an amazing selection of hardwood flooring options to choose from. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and would absolutely work with Mike again in the future. Highly recommend!

That kind of integrity is rare in the remodeling business. The whole process was smooth and straightforward, and the quality of the work turned out excellent. It’s clear they take pride in what they do. We’d highly recommend Floor Depot to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality flooring work.

The water line to our fridge burst overnight and water leaked all over our kitchen floor which also got into our living room. The floor was ruined and since our flooring was at least 20 years old we couldn't find a match to patch the water damaged areas so we had to replace the flooring in our entire home. Every contractor and floor repair/installer we got estimates from was charging ridiculous prices and quoting months to remove our damaged floor and install new flooring. I emailed Floor Depot for a quote and met George who personally came to my home to give an estimate. George was extremely friendly and polite and he actually ended up staying for an hour and met my family. George and Floor Depot's prices were outstanding and the best prices we got from any other competitor. We had a lot of large furniture that I wasn't able to move out of the house on my own and George said not to worry because his work crew will just move the furniture around from one end of the room to the other end of the room while they do construction. This made my life so much easier and also saved me money because I didn't have to rent a storage pod for the furniture. The construction team (Remodel Masters) was run by Kevin and his father and they were polite, helpful and did fantastic work. Kevin and his crew finished removing old flooring and installing new flooring in my entire home in just 7 days, and that's while having to move furniture around; when every other contractor wanted 3+ months to do the same job while also charging 4 times more. Kevin and his crew even found that we had tree roots clogging one of the toilets in our bathroom and removed them for us. I whole-heartedly recommend George and Floor Depot and Remodel Masters for any of your flooring needs. Their prices, customer service, and quality of work are all outstanding. When our flooring got damaged it was such a stressful time and when I saw the outrageous prices other contractors were charging I felt doomed. George and his crew worked miracles for me and I couldn't be happier. George and I even became good friends and still keep in touch to this day. Floor Depot and Remodel Masters do fantastic work at some of the best prices you'll find so don't hesitate to give them a call for your flooring needs.
