Mr. Sandless Floor Refinishing San Mateo

Amazing work by Marc and his team. I had them refinish two bedroom floors that had been previously carpeted as I was getting ready to sell my house. They also installed baseboards for the two bedrooms. Marc was super professional, gave a fair price and got the work done on time. I highly recommend Mr. Sandless!!!

We had our livingroom, diningroom and kitchen floors refinished in July, 2023 by Mr. Sandless. I am very glad I chose this company. The floor refinishers showed up right on time and finished exactly when they said they would. They did an excellent job. There were problem areas in all the rooms and they paid special attention to these and when they finished the floors looked brand new. I have received many compliments from friends and neighbors that came in to see the results. Also it had been 16 years since the floors were refinished, so Mr. Sandless had a big job on their hands.

Edgar Espinosa of Mr Sandless and Bay Area Refinishers recently did the oak floors in our 100-year old house. The floors hadn't been refinished for 40 years and were in tough shape, but the two man team did the whole job: they moved the furniture out at the start, refinished the floors beautifully, and put everything back. Three rooms were done in three days, the price was extremely reasonable, the guys worked really hard, showed up on time without fail, and we are really happy with the result. We would recommend Edgar and team without fail!
