Bernard Brady and his entire crew were wonderful to work with. We constructed a garage that extended underneath our home on a pretty steep hill. Bernard was incredibly thoughtful on how to stage the construction and the results were (1) absolutely no damage to our home, (2) a garage that our neighbors compliment, and (3) a project where we did not receive a single upcharge. Bernard obtained all SF required inspections without issue and managed PG&E about as well as one can (our project required moving our gas meter and PG&E forced us to tear open our entire street to connect to the main gas lines on the other side of the street). His crew was great, too. They were incredibly professional, showing up every work day, keeping the jobsite clean, etc. Hiring Brady Construction for our project was one of the better decisions I've made and I would use them again in heartbeat.

Bernard and team did big concrete project at my house with multiple piers, retaining walls, staircases, and a new driveway. The job was on a steep hill and it required technical excellence with multiple trades involved. They did a fantastic job for a reasonable price. I highly recommend them.
