Prime Flooring delivered outstanding service at a very reasonable price. They were incredibly flexible and accommodating, working around my schedule without any issues. The quality of their work was excellent—they paid great attention to detail, kept everything clean throughout the process, and truly went above and beyond my expectations. What impressed me the most was their professionalism and strong teamwork. The entire crew was cooperative, respectful, and clearly experienced in what they do. The project was completed smoothly and on time, with results that exceeded what I had hoped for. We found Prime Floor on Thumbtack website and were impressed by the great customer reviews. Within a few days of being contacted, Hossain, the owner of Prime FLoor, gave us a very fair estimate and listed the material we needed to purchase for reflooring our home. We decided to use Cortec Cyril Oak floors for our one story home ( ~2600sq ft) and after the material arrived, we were quickly booked for the project. On the first day, Hossain and four of his men arrived at 8 AM sharp and started the project. The men were very respectful, friendly, efficient, organized, punctual, and all around professional. They cleaned up the floors and vacuumed their work area at the end of each day. They completed the project in three and a half days and did a wonderful job. While we had to have a professional plumber reset one of our toilets since its flange was broken and needed to be replaced, I have to say that the caulking that Hossain’s men did around the other three toilets looks much better than what the professional plumber had done. My wife and I are very thankful to all Hossain’s men, Ali, Hanif, Reza, and Sulaiman. If you are willing to do some leg work and order the floors and the material yourself, I highly recommend considering hiring Prime Floor for your installation.

If I could give 10 stars for Hussain and his crew, I would!!! Right from our 1st meeting, Hussain wasn't like other flooring contractors we met - very transparent with his pricing. He gave me a really helpful shopping list and provided great advice on what and where to shop for materials. What impressed my family the most was the speed of his crew's work (finished in just 2 days for ~1400 sq ft). They took care of everything, from removing the old carpet to the final clean up. So happy with how our new flooring looks. Thank you, Hussain and team!
