Write a ReviewThis company was contracted with KB homes. This is a brand new home! The initial installation was poorly done. They sent a technician out to fix the popping noise in the front entrance. Chunks of concrete missing. Why would they have put floors in in concrete like that? Then popping noises throughout the house. Another technician comes out saying the floor is within tolerance. A third party company does inspection and says floor isn’t within tolerance and the sub floor isn’t level causing the popping noise. They come back out to fix the floor a different technician this time he starts inspecting the floor and says the floor is within tolerance. While he’s doing his inspection I catch him rubbing the heel of his foot on a seam to make it even as it was sticking up. Most likely due to the uneven floor. Oh yea and that was near the front entry where they already did work. This company has shady installers working for them do not hire them.
