Flooring Liquidators

David is reason enough to go here! I’ve worked with him on two separate flooring projects, and he’s fantastic to work with. He’s one of the rare people these days that actually makes you feel like he cares about you and not just making a profit. I was working with a limited budget to get my dad’s condo renovated after his passing. David found creative ways to make it work, and the result was a stunning and high quality job. Will be coming back for my next flooring project.

I am very disappointed with my experience with Flooring Liquidators. When I called to purchase carpet, I was told it would take 7–10 days to arrive. On the 11th day, I called for an update only to find out that the carpet had not even been shipped to Flooring Liquidators yet. Our carpet was finally in store at the 20 day mark, 10 days after expected arrival. I understand that Flooring Liquidators is not responsible for the manufacturer’s production schedule or shipping delays, but they are responsible for communicating those delays to customers. Instead of proactively providing updates, I had to call and investigate the status myself. After waiting another week, the carpet was finally installed. Unfortunately, the installation quality was also disappointing. Near one of the bedrooms, there are blobs of glue or caulking stuck in the carpet fibers. Attempting to remove the material would likely damage the carpet, leaving me stuck with a visible defect in a brand-new installation. Overall, the lack of communication regarding delays and the issues with the finished installation have made this a frustrating experience. I expected better customer service and quality control.

Dave was awesome. He went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied customers. He walked us through every step of the process from purchase to proper installation. This location also has an excellent of LVP and large samples to take home, which really helped us decide. Also, check out the room visualizer they have online, it is very useful.
