We hired California Carpets to put new floors and new baseboard in our 2000+ square foot home. I was impressed with the entire experience, especially how the owner, Pam, personally oversaw so much of the process herself. When we first visited the showroom, she showed us the various options, and helped us select the product that met our needs and our budget. She then encouraged us to take the sample home so we could see how it looks with our home's lighting, paint, etc. She came herself to take measurements and got us the estimate to us via email rapidly. We ordered the flooring, and as soon as it arrived, she had a team out to install the next business day. The workers did a fabulous job and finished within the promised 5 day time frame. A few days later, we noticed a small chip in a board - we called Pam and she sent someone out same-day. The fixed it beautifully. We couldn't be happier!
