Fox Marble

Anthony and Adam were a great team. Anthony took great care to protect the cabinet surfaces and floors, and cleaning up. Adam has a great eye as a colorist, and was able to adjust the color for a "very fussy client". Adam was patient, mixed and remixed colors to get it right, and adjusted his schedule to our needs so the job came out perfect. Great craftsmen!

Rene and Carlos restored our primary marble shower. It looks brand new — as if no one has ever used it. They also cleaned and sealed our 620 square-foot Travertine stone deck. It looks amazing. We are so grateful for their talent. We will schedule work with them periodically to maintain the stonework in our home.

I want to say how very happy we are with the work that was done in our home by Fox Marble employees. I have a 22 year old stone tile shower and bathroom floor that needed refreshing. Dan came from Fox Marble, explained resolutions to the issues, and gave me a written estimate with options the very next day. He responded quickly to my questions, and Natalie was able to schedule a crew to handle the work within a couple of days. Before the scheduled work began, we asked if anything could be done about the unsightly seam between the countertop and the backsplash behind our kitchen counter. Dan said that it would be addressed. Arturo and Hugo worked hard to remove the failing yet unexpectedly hard enhancing penetrating sealer that I had applied many years ago to the stone tile in the bathroom, and Hugo returned the following day to finish. They did a very clean job. Al came by that second day to replace the caulk on our kitchen backsplash (what an improvement) and help Hugo finish the bathroom. Al let us know that stone countertops need to be sealed more often that at the initial install (who knew?), so we scheduled that job for the following week. I found a couple of small still-shiny areas that I wanted touched up in the bathroom. When Al came back to reseal the kitchen countertops and reapply caulk at the backsplash seams, he then addressed my concerns with the bathroom. He really listened to me, acknowledged what I was talking about, didn't blow off my concerns, and addressed things that I hadn't even said anything about. He came at the job with a fresh eye, and did a beautiful detailing job. I could not be happier with the work. Both Dan and Al are very personable people, and truly a pleasure to work with. This was a great experience. Thank you very much. As an aside, Fox Marble installed our kitchen countertops nine years ago. That entire experience was also great. It seems as if Fox Marble has a policy of only hiring truly pleasant and professional people.
