They were efficient with time and catered to our requests while explaining the alternatives and their long-term effects. Several days after the installation, we accidentally chipped our floor, and he came through with some fillers to fix it quickly. Eduardo & team transformed my stairs that had ugly old carpets into a hardwood showcase that finally does justice to these open-riser designs. We are very happy with the outcome and the workmanship & attention to detail that they put into the project. They were always responsive to my texts, and the price was competitive with similar job quotes. However, there was a lot of tiny wood dust covering the nearby walls which we realized only after the work was completed -- the job did involve sanding & finishing the raw boards in the open area. Anyways I highly recommend Eduardo & team on hardwood flooring.
