DG Floor Coverings did the original rift-sawn white oak engineered flooring for our new home about three-and-a-half years ago and did an outstanding and very high-quality job. In addition, for the few minor punch list items that existed after the initial job was done, they came and addressed them quickly and effectively. Since then, based on the outstanding initial work, we had them back for touch-up work for the inevitable accidents where we dropped something or scratched the floors somehow. Their ability to imperceptible faux out such damage as to make it nearly imperceptible is masterful. Finally, we recently experienced a second floor laundry room water loss flood event that damaged a good section of the second floor flooring. Based on our initial and subsequent experiences, we had DG Floor Coverings out to do the restoration and repair. I am pleased to say that it went exactly as you'd hope for such a situation: it's as if the water loss never even happened. The stain match and feathering in of the new, replaced boards is flawless and impeccable. There are fewer than a handful of very minor punch list items to address; I have every confidence that their team will address them to the same level they have in the past. Dennis, the owner, is friendly, responsive, and generally an overall pleasure to work with.
