Our family called Clint and Therese at Cabeceira Home Solutions after our 88 year old mother received a letter from her insurance stating they were going to cancel her policy due to the old shake siding on some of the house and tool shed. We hired them to replace the shake, repair any wood rot, and paint the entire house, carport and tool shed. From the beginning, Clint and Therese (and Pete) felt like family. Clint found some instances of wood rot (which he fully remediated), fixed issues with windows that were incorrectly installed, and fixed incorrectly installed gutter drainage pipes. They even drafted a letter to her insurance to show everything they did to make it right and the materials they used to make it fire resistant. Clint and Therese (and Pete) set our mother's mind at ease and got the job done so nicely and within the budget and time we expected. Best of all, her insurance was renewed without any problems after all their hard work. We 100% recommend them over and over again! Here are some before and after photos of our mom's place.

The beautiful deck that is built around a tree, and has gorgeous redwood rails could not please me more! The solar lights on the top rails top it off! The original deck off the dining room was replaced first. Then the extension and the ramps on each side of the house tie the look together and it all looks so neat and inviting.

This is a wonderful company with the kind of know-how and commitment necessary to satisfy a home owner’s dreams. The deck the team built exceeded my expectations with design, materials, and structure. I know we’ll have many years to enjoy this deck and its views.
