The Flooring Station

My bathroom floor came out really nice. Gregg was very responsive and professional throughout the process. There was an initial minor slow down as they didn’t have all the samples available and a couple options I was waiting to see had also been discontinued, but once I had my decision made, it took about a week for the product to ship in and then everything started moving quickly. The installers, Gene and his wife, were detailed and efficient, and finished the floor in one day. They were so kind and polite as well. After the install, I noticed a small corner of carpet behind the door was not properly tacked down, preventing the door from fully closing. Gene was immediately back at 8 AM the next morning and had it corrected under five minutes. Gregg regularly followed up to ensure my satisfaction of the job as well. Overall, it was a very smooth and seamless experience. I would definitely recommend The Flooring Station.

We were searching online and calling around the area to find the most convenient way to install new carpet, replacing our old one while living in the house. We called The Flooring Station on a Saturday and got Gregg Sessa on the phone. He invited us to the showroom the next day to see options, promotions and bring home samples so we could decide on what we want. We went with something in stock (to eliminate additional shipping cost which Gregg mentioned) and with an ongoing promotion and 2-diamond warranty. On Monday, the person that would measure our home area scheduled the appointment and came that same week. Gregg was able to turn around a quote on our selected carpet, which we signed off conveniently online. We also applied same day for 18-month financing which was available through Synchrony HOME. Installation date was scheduled within the following week. They came and finished the work in 1 day from 8am to 7:30pm, which included removal of old carpet, moving of furniture and installation of new. They cleaned up everything after the work. We are now enjoying our newly installed, soft carpet! Gregg checked on us, answered questions and helped with a charge issue, all through installation. All these happened within 2 weeks! We chose to stop looking around after talking and meeting Gregg that weekend.

The job was completed in a timely fashion, the pricing was fair, and the entire process ran smoothly. Most importantly, the finished product looks great.
