G.L. Hays Floor Covering

We have been referring GL Hayes for just about 2 years to our clients. We have had them put flooring in dozens our our clients homes and have always done an amazing job. They are a great company! Glen, the owner, and Ashley the store manager are very responsive and professional. Even have stepped in and help some of our past clients with flooring issues (installed by others). Our clients rave about their customer service and have always done the best for us and our clients. I cant say enough about this company!!

We just had our kitchen and laundry room flooring replaced and were extremely happy with the quality of the work, the communication and value. We would definitely recommend them to others and would use them again. The owners are super nice and great to work with.

Overall, I was happy with my purchase at GL Hays. The owner came out to complete the measurements at no cost and offered us a bulk discount on the flooring we purchased. He was helpful in providing suggestions for treating our unleveled floors and even offered to provide a contractor to install the flooring. My only complaint, was that I was left with over 180 sq ft of flooring that I have to move around while I'm finding a place to store it. I was originally advised to purchase an additional 5 to 10 percent of flooring, but the amount I had leftover after disposing on the trash was still over 12% of our measured space. I would really caution anyone purchasing flooring to look at the overage estimates and make sure they're not over-purchasing based on estimates provided given refunds or returns are not an option.
