Sarkis was our salesperson and he was outstanding—professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. I could have not asked for a better experience! His sincerity and willingness to listen made the process easy and reassuring. I never got the pleasure to meet the owners, but I have to say from experience: You don’t accidentally hire such capable help without providing them a great example. Thank you, Mark and Jodi! The installers, Sonny and David, were also exceptional—highly experienced, extremely detail-oriented, very clean, and a pleasure to have in our home. Their workmanship was top-notch. At The Floor Store, we worked with Jonathan, and he quickly sent us a sample that was nearly identical to what we already had. Jonathan provided a great quote with multiple product options and took the time to talk through our project. Once we signed the agreement, everything was completed on time, professionally, and with excellent quality. He also checked in several times with updates on product availability and installation dates. We’re very happy with the results and absolutely recommend The Floor Store.

Mark and Jodi are the best. I've been working with them going on 10 years now (property management). No job s too big or too small. They've done 3000 sqft of hardwood and 400 sqft of carpet and everything in-between. I highly recommend these guys.
