VJ is an incredible employee. He made shopping with Lauren decor. The best experience I’ve had with a big box store ever he made. He was able to find some wood that we had purchased years ago and he matched it up and we were able to finish our project that we had started again years ago so thanks to him. Our house is finally pulling together and you have yourself a gem. He went the extra mile.

Sending a huge shout out to VJ and Karlo for being outstanding employees! They went above and beyond to help me. My order was separated and receipts didn’t come over via email. Thanks to their consideration, patience, computer skills, and determination, we were able to find my order, print receipts, and arrange for my contractors to pick up my order 😅. Home renovations are difficult in themselves. This could’ve been a highly stressful situation; however, stress was swiftly averted by employees that went above and beyond to provide great customer service! Great save guys! I appreciate you! I am so so so impressed by the service provided by this place. Constant check ins from staff as we were browsing the aisles and then Bryant told us about the free design service, and boy were we glad to take them up! Ashley hooked us up with an appointment with Cecilia in 15 mins and we were so lucky she did. Cecelia understood the space we were trying to create and the directions we were leaning in. And then took our very basic ideas and turned them into a masterclass concept with all the necessary items needed and put together palettes/mood boards and sent it to us! She also answered like 40 very technical questions. I'm so very grateful for her; it was a blast working with her and I hope more people get a chance to experience her design genius.
