McGraw Construction was great. We hired them to install electrical outlets in our Costco pavilion, outdoor ceiling fans with control switches, gutters all around the pavilion, and to redo part of a botched installation of the pavilion itself by a different contractor. The pillars were crooked and already drilled into the patio. Florentino stopped by to make an assessment of the project. He took measurements and asked many questions pertaining to the project, offering suggestions and options which was appreciated. He described what needed to be done and approximately how long it would take. He answered all our questions and gave us a start date soon after. The crew showed up early and kept the area neat and cleaned up when they were done. They paused a few times to ask questions about fan and control switch placement, outlet placement, etc. As a result we got exactly what we wanted. A 2nd crew showed up immediately after for the gutter installation. They also had questions and took their own measurements. They matched our home gutters perfectly and recommended we color match the pavilion's color scheme. It came out better than we imagined. The pictures speak volumes and the work done was professional. We should have hired McGraw for all our projects.

I hired McGraw Construction to install a small patio cover in my backyard. Initially they committed to come on Tuesday 10/21/2025 at 8AM, but Mr. Ramirez called me Monday 10/20/2025 and moved the date to Monday 10/27/2025. On the 27th Mr. Ramirez and his team arrived at 7AM and had the project finished the same day. The McGraw team was dependable, efficient, fully prepared, polite and friendly. I was delighted with the final results and highly recommend them.

McGraw Construction is very outstanding business fair prices excellent quality workingship. We started you're originally with a bathroom remodel that's turned into them remodel the whole master bathroom and bedroom plus upstairs floors. Butch and his team did such an outstanding work on the floors upstairs we had them come back and install all matching flooring downstairs.
