October 2025 Bernardo and his crew did top-notch work on our project in September of this year. They removed carpet, 78 year old hardwood flooring, and linoleum. They cleaned up the debris at the end of every day. They discovered and rectified a slope in our sub-flooring. We thought this job would take more than a week. However, Bernardo and his crew completed the installation of new luxury vinyl plank flooring in one week. When Bernardo recommended a painter who came the next day and painted the newly installed baseboards. This allowed us to move furniture back into place sooner than we anticipated. I recently had hardwood floor installed in the upstairs of my house. The project consisted of 3 full bedrooms plus a landing. Bernardo and his team did a fantastic job. When I called for an estimate he came out within a day and provided a written estimate within another 24 hours. While there for his assessment he carefully measured the depth of wood needed and provided a detailed explanation of what types of wood would be best, different methods to be used during installation (we have radiant which he was careful about making sure that everything would be properly treated). Once the bid was approved, he helped with selection of wood, having great outside resources that worked with us to find the best match for our house and lifestyle. For the installation, Bernardo and his team arrived each day, punctual and reliable, working hard all day long and cleaning the area each evening before leaving. The work done included a number of corners and odd cuts, plus matching the level of existing tile on the transition floors, all of which was done beautifully. I highly recommend White Oak Floors. The work was quick, clean, fairly priced and he was a real pleasure to work with.
