I contacted West Sunset Tile & Stone to find out if they could replace a crumbling stone shower wall with something along the same theme of the rest of the shower. Eric & Esther came back with several samples and one of them looked like it would work well. They did a great job and we couldn’t be happier with the new wall. We had an amazing experience working with Eric and Esther on our kitchen island and guest bathroom vanity. From start to finish, everything went smoothly and professionally. We purchased our Mont Blanc slab from another company, and once it arrived, Eric and Esther had it shipped to their store. They invited us to inspect it in person—just in case there had been any mix-up with the slab. That extra step gave us a lot of confidence in their process. Esther was incredibly friendly and took the time to explain every step with patience and clarity. She made sure we understood our options and guided us through everything with ease. Their pricing was very reasonable, and the final result was worth every penny. Eric is meticulous and clearly passionate about his work. His attention to detail is unmatched. After they visited our kitchen island to create a template, we went to their store again to decide which parts of the slab would go on the island top and which would go on the legs. They also helped us use a leftover piece from the slab for our guest bathroom vanity top. On installation day, a team of four carried the heavy slabs up to our second-floor kitchen with confidence and care. They were true pros—efficient and clearly experienced. The install was flawless, and they sealed everything beautifully. Eric and Esther were not only professional and honest but also genuinely fun to work with.
