I finally decided to get some new SPC Vinyl flooring for my house. I asked 4 different flooring businesses in and around the area for quotes and overwhelmingly chose Crystal Flooring after talking and getting a quote from Richard. They offered a very competitive rate/price without any hidden charges. Also, what I like about his approach was his attention to detail. He laid out the sequence of steps he needed to do and followed through above and beyond. Now prior to me visiting their show room, I went to REPUBLIC warehouse and picked (took picture) SPC vinyl type that I wanted for my house. Richard was very accommodating when I told him, I wanted a specic vinyl. He just asked for the picture and info of the Vinyl that I wanted, and did all the logistics behind the scene. During the installation process days, Richard and his team (I remember Matt and Tony), were always punctual and efficient. They were very meticulous and worked section by section of my house. They moved the furniture, removed the carpet and baseboards, cleaned the floor, leveled uneven sections, and installed high quality anti-moisture (instead of plastic alternative), installed the vinyl, upgraded my baseboard and even did some paint job post installation. My family and I were very happy, satisfied, and thankful to Richard and Crystal flooring. As such, I highly recommend him to everyone. Please just schedule a quick chat with Richard or visit them in their show room. If you're planning to upgrade, this will be the best choice you'd ever make :)

We replaced carpet in 2 of our bedrooms with floor to match the rest of the house, and are so glad we went with Crystal's Flooring. Richard was extremely friendly, always available to answer any questions throughout the project. Mario did a fantastic job on the install, and the floors look great. The pricing was also very fair. Richard and his team are true professionals, and we would highly recommend them for any flooring project.

I couldn’t be happier with my new vinyl flooring, and it’s all thanks to Richard and his amazing work! From start to finish, the experience was smooth and professional. He took the time to help me select the materials, ensuring it matched my space beautifully yet with great quality. He removed my old damaged carpet, and redid the entire floor with baseboard repainting. He was incredibly friendly, always reachable, and answered all my questions with patience. Communication was top-notch, and I always felt in the loop throughout the process. The installation itself was flawless. Price wise, the quote was very fair, better than some of the wild ones I got. Richard is the one to call. I highly recommend him for any flooring project!
