Although I did not get multiple bids on my job (replacing carpet with high end vinyl plank flooring in two bedrooms), I could tell his pricing was competitive and I wanted the service that comes with working with the owner of the business. He was timely and worked with my building to facilitate a smooth installation. He also gave me some good advice in choosing among the many options available.
