Andrei and his team did a full renovation on our San Jose home: remodeling three bathrooms, adding a brand new bathroom, and building a home addition. The whole project took about four months and the quality was excellent. What stood out most was the communication. Andrei was always reachable by phone, even on weekends, and answered every question I had. He wasn't trying to squeeze the highest price out of us. He gave honest advice and found ways to keep the project more affordable. The work passed city inspections and the job site stayed safe the whole time. Andrei is a top construction professional who you can actually trust to develop and bring your vision to life. I chose him over 10s of other bids, because he was honest & trustworthy from the get-go. He’s built a large-scale, modern deck and helped me solve bunch of other issues around the house, always coming up with proactive and creative ideas. On top of the impressive engineering and structural work he’s done flawlessly, and the permit work he did all by himself, he also added unique designs that make the whole deck structure stand out - without being asked to or increasing the budget. You can see that he truly cares about the craft, not only to get the job done. Was such a pleasure working together, and the results are better than what I’ve imagined!

Andrei performed a bedroom and bathroom remodel for our home, and did an incredible job within a reasonable timeline. Andrei did an excellent job managing multiple aspects of the project- permits + inspections, design ideas and feedback, and coordinating multiple trades to efficiently execute the project. He was always very clear and honest with his communication, which helped instill a lot of trust with us since this was our first major renovation project. Andrei is clearly passionate about his work and takes pride in his craft, and took on additional scope in the middle of the project (drywall/painting, flooring and windows to name a few) to improve the end result.
