Carpet Caravan

We've had Carpet Caravan install different flooring projects in our offices as we've expanded, and it's been phenomenal. The last one was a beautiful carpet for our conference room and it was super reasonable and done on time. Jerry and the gang there are terrific and we'll be doing more projects for sure.

We hired Carpet Caravan for a flooring install as recommended by our realtor. We generally had a good experience but for assistance with issues that popped up post install. We did use reclaimed wood for sustainability purposes, and we knew that was harder to work with. However, some of the post install issues (like nails popping through boards and a couple cracking boards) were met with suggestions that the issues were not warrantied, even though we went back through communications and could not find that directly communicated. We hope that the team would be a bit more accommodating and communicative, aligning with their ethos of "you're much more than a customer. You're family" ethos. If they truly believed that, it seems like they would have done more to help. Instead we have to carry additional cost post install to remedy issues.

I was very pleased with the level of service and effort to find a product and price that we were comfortable with. The installation was high quality and the crew was very detail orienated and helpful. Highly recommend.
