I have to say Royalwood is probably the best flooring store that you can find in the whole Bay Area. The service and product quality was awesome. We purchase the engineering wood from the store, and the owner was very helpful to provide samples, and to educate us about the difference between their products and other stores. The thickness of the wood flooring was definitely great compared to a lot of chain store. Price is not so cheap but you really get top quality stuff. So far we have installed the floors for more than half a year. The experience was fantastic, with no odor at all home. We like the beautiful design and great service. Even after almost a year of purchase, they still allowed me to return the residual floors that I got. Thickness: the top layer solid wood was at least 2-3 mm which is amazing for engineering wood and I believe it can easily be refinished for multiple times. Hardness: the wood is very solid and hard. Some pressure and accidental drop of items really didn’t harm my floors. Beauty: bad wood can have a lot of knots on it which makes it not looking good. The floor I got from Royalwood was a mix of grade ABCD, which makes much less knots. I like it. I don’t know if the owner can let me know the type of spice of wood for the top layer.

Get tons of helps for how to maintain the floor. Make me feel like they really care about how you like their floors. Prompt refund for excess materials. 3. Professional: I talked with more than two staffs working here, and each of them have very good knowledge about the difference of woods, pros and cons, and able to provide very helpful suggestions. 4. Excellent reputation: NJ and Sammi are trustworthy. They managed the business based on good faith. I will definitely recommend Royal Wood to any friends in need.
