I highly recommend Alfonso's Carpets & Floors!! This husband/wife team is FABULOUS! I am a real estate agent and I used them to update flooring in a condo I was selling in Northeast San Jose. They came out and measured and installed the flooring for me (both LVP and carpet) on-time and as promised, and it looked GREAT! People who complain about poor quality probably purchased lower quality carpet - you get what you pay for! Angie does a fabulous job of discussing your options and giving a quote in a prompt manner. I found their prices to be fair and their service to be top-notch! They are now my go-to flooring folks and I am using them again next month! Alfonso and his team were quick and efficient in their carpet and hardwood flooring install. They completed 1,700 SqFt in 3 days with excellent workmanship. I highly recommend them for any carpet or hardwood installations. You cannot beat the value they provide when considering scope, timing, and cost for their execution.

We recently moved into a new home and had some carpet that needed to be stretched. Alfonso's Carpets & Floors were prompt with the appointment. The carpet installer who stretched the carpet was excellent and the carpet looks like new again. When finished he vacuumed up his work area.
